Currently we are looking for suitable candidates to fill the following position:
CRM Software Support Executive (Senior/Junior)
(Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
- Implement and Support GoldMine CRM Solutions.
- Provide User Support and Technical Support to existing customers with maintenance contracts.
- Conduct Users Training.
- Assist senior consultants in System Study and System Design.
- Reporting with Crystal Reports tools
- Assist in Project management, including project documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Information Systems, Business. Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science or any other Information Technology related discipline.
- For the senior position, candidates must have minimum 3 years software support experience.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for the junior position.
- Experience in Microsoft SQL Database, and Crystal Report is preferred.
- Ability to communicate well in English at all levels.
- Must be a team player.
- Willing to share knowledge and help to train others.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
- Possess own transport vehicle is an added advantage.

- Competitive salary commensurate with qualification and experience plus performance-based profit sharing scheme.
