Currently we are looking for suitable candidates to fill the following position:-

CRM Software Support Executive (Senior/Junior)
(Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

-Implement and Support GoldMine CRM Solutions.
-Provide User Support and Technical Support to existing customers with maintenance contracts. -
-Conduct Users Training.
-Assist senior consultants in System Study and System Design .
-Reporting with Crystal Reports tools
-Assist in Project management, including project documentation.

Requirements:

-Diploma or Degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science or any other Information Technology related discipline.
-For the senior position, candidates must have minimum 3 years software support experience.
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for the junior position.
-Experience in Microsoft SQL Database, and Crystal Report is preferred.
-Ability to communicate well in English at all levels
-Must be a team player
-Willing to share knowledge and help to train others
-Applicants should be Malaysian citizens
-Possess own transport vehicle is an added advantage
